From coordinating our hygiene team to appointment scheduling, insurance billing, and managing accounts, they take pride in providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
Our incredibly compassionate hygiene team consists of Andrea, Miranda, and Julie, along with Dasha. They assist patients in achieving and maintaining optimal oral health by conducting comprehensive oral health assessments, providing care to prevent or treat oral disease, and offering personalized education on proper dental hygiene. Our hygienists work hard to help patients understand the importance of oral health and its impact on their overall well-being, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed for a healthy smile.
Our amazing dental assistants, Jenny, Odalys, and Natalie, ensure smooth and efficient dental care by supporting Dr. Rafeedie and Dr. Bowersox during procedures, preparing patients, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. They handle everything from sterilizing instruments and taking X-rays to managing patient records. Their goal is to provide compassionate care and make each patient’s visit as comfortable as possible.
